Delivery Fee: $10 (For deliveries outside the local delivery area, this fee may vary)
We offer delivery to addresses within 8 mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh according to GPS calculation. If you live outside of the circled area of the map below. You can expect an upcharge.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Return & Exchange Policy
There will be no returns acceptable. Returns will only be made if the flowers are in a very poor shape or form which was caused during the delivery process. Receivers and/or senders are advised to inform us immediately (within 1-2 hours of receiving) to ensure fairness in judgment that the bouquets are in poor shape during receiving.
Substitution of Flower Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
